They hire people and dont pay they make me work one day for nothing i dont give good references fron this company

I have been a long time customer (2009). I find them to be a good start and forget service. They mow on the schedule and send emails when weather cause alterations. I also use them for secondary items like fertilization and they do it while leaving behind feedback notes which describe when to water it in etc.

A great option for those that don't love doing their own lawn care.

I've had CitiTurf on lawn duty since early 2009. I have engaged them to do everything from trim my shrubs to aerate my lawn and even adjust my sprinklers and prune some trees.
All has been done with a professional attitude and no excuses. They just work.
If it rains they send a message letting me know when they will be back. If they are putting fertilizer or weed killer down they always call and message so I can keep the animals inside.
Their customer service is top notch. The lawn care people are very efficient, polite and they go an extra mile. They coil hoses, pick up toys.. even dog toys, left in the yard and put them on my patio. Many neighbors have picked up CitiTurf since I have started using and recommending them.
Oh yeah... my lawn looks spectacular too.

Very happy with CitiTurf. My lawn looks great and they give me tips on watering, mowing, etc. with every service call. Consistently provide notice of service schedule so I can secure my dogs, unlike other companies I've used in the past!

We used CitiTurf for the summer of 2014. I sometimes travel for work so the summers that I am going to be travelling a lot I usually hire a lawn service. This summer was a little different in that we were relocating and I wanted to get my house ready for being on sale. I hired CitiTurf because they had all of the services i was looking for weekly mowing, weed treatment, hedge trimming and flower bed clean-up and mulching. All of the prices for the work were reasonable and I received weekly statements outlining the work and charges for the proceeding week.
The work was great the weeding and bed clean-up were fantastic, we have some unusual plants in our gardens and have had trouble with yards services in the past pulling out some plants thinking they were weeds in the past. CitiTurf crews were knowledgeable of the differences and none of the garden plants were pulled only the weeds. The weed control was great as well the weeds in the lawn were under control in just a few weeks and this was accomplished at the height if the summer heat/water restrictions. The hedge trimming was done well too. I have no complaits about any of the work they did for me.
In addition to great work the crews that come out are very efficient and complete their work quickly. It's not just one guy and mower that comes out it's a crew of three or four that can mow my yard in about 30 minutes. This is great for my family since we have a dog that gets a little worked up when there are strangers around. The quick work limits the time he would be agitated.
the only drawback fro me was that my house sold quickly so that my relationship with CitiTurf was only a few months, I wish i had called them in the past instead of the lawn services I did use. I had thought that with their large crews and fleet of vehicles they would be expensive which is not the case at all. So if you want a lawn service that does great work, works quickly, is on time, communicates/responds to you as a customer, reasonably priced and provides all of the lawn services you would need choose CitiTurf you will not be disappointed.
I could not be any more satisfied with the prices and work provided by CitiTurf.

I'm very disappointed. Initially, the estimation was $150 to fix one sprinkler, but on the end of the work they said I need to pay $470. They damaged lawn and did not fix it.

CitiTurf Lawn Care did a great job on our bushes, trees, and mulch at a great price and reliable when other lawn companies are over booked, under staffed, and unprofessional.

We were most impressed with CitiTurf and after they begun servicing our lawn care needs were knew we had made the right choice. Their team arrives as scheduled, does an amazing job, is professional, and courteous. I always appreciate their follow-up and communications. We would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using CitiTurf for a little over a year now. The lawn spraying has been excellent. I have also used their mowing, weeding, tree trimming services too and feel they have done a good job.

We have used them for all of our sprinkler needs. They respond fast and don't charge us an arm and a leg!

Citi turf takes the stress of lawn care out of your hands. They offer great service, customer care at a level no other company has offered us. I love how they do auto billing, and are always emailing ahead of time if their regularly scheduled service is changed for any reason. Cititurf has made a world of difference in our lawn. Trust, the amount of $$ and time you spend to do it yourself (the right way), would not be any more using Cititurf (who knows what they are doing.)

I have used CitiTurf for several years for lawn fertilization and weed control. I shopped around before choosing a lawn care professional and found their prices very competitive. I like that they offer services without committing to a year contract and that they do not push services that are not needed.



I like that they do not have the feel of a big chain. Their staff is always courteous and professional and takes the time to answer my questions. We have dogs and I appreciate that they are always flexible and allow me to make changes to my scheduled service with a simple call or email.

Amazing experience with CirtiTurf! Everyone we have ever dealt with over the years has been knowledgeable, understanding, and has not only given their expert opinion...but also what is the best deal. i.e., we wanted to sod our yard and they said at that time it was not the best time with the low water situation and probably inability to establish a good root system. They could have very well just sold me a "yard" and not been so kind as to help me not spend the money for something that they knew would not be in my best interest, I cannot tell you what that means to me...that they had our backs and stand behind what they sell. We have not only had yard service as mowing but had them out to do pruning and yard clean up and they fixed a problem with our sprinkler system. They are fast but take pride in their work...we also have them do weed control and that has been a huge help in our yard. It has been wonderful, especially since adopting two babies, to have my husband not have to worry about yard work and be able to spend extra family time with us all! We could not be happier and recommend them to all that we can....we plan to be with them forever...if it ain't broke...don't fix it....we are a customer for life! I've been a customer of CitiTurf for over 9 years and LOVE them. The service, speed and quality of their work is unparalleled. When we hit hard financial times and had to stop service for a year, they were incredibly accommodating with us. As soon as we could afford to resume service, it was a delight to have them back out. They coordinated mow days with pool service days, always doing an immaculate job keeping our pool free of grass, leaves or dirt from the yard service. We use them as well for leaf clean-up, tree trimming, and winter bed prep - great hourly rates for labor!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
