Lawn Care
Our standard lawn care service includes mowing the entire yard, line trimming (weedeating) around all trees, posts, fencing, etc. We edge all sidewalks, patios and driveways with a blade edger and clean up of all trimmings. We use mulching mowers, as it is much better for the lawn. We will be happy to provide a free estimate the same day you call.
We offer both weekly and bi-weekly lawn care. However, we recommend our weekly service if you water your lawn, use a fertilization program or wish to thicken and improve the appearance of your lawn.
Fertilization and Weed Control
CitiTurf's eight-treatment program will have your lawn looking great year round. Our treatments include a comprehensive slow release fertilization program, pre emergent weed control and post emergent control of both broadleaf and grassy weeds. All eight treatments include fire ant control. Nutgrass (Nutsedge) control is always guaranteed at no extra charge. We will gladly help you determine the appropriate watering program to ensure maximum results.
Shrub Maintenance
Our staff is well trained in the proper trimming of all types of shrubs and hedges, perennials, decorative grass and ornamental trees. Likewise, we can help prevent and eliminate mold, mildew, fungus and all types of insects that may attack the health of your investment.
Flower Bed Maintenance
We provide flower bed maintenance through weekly, bi-weekly or monthly weeding of your flower beds. We can help reduce the cost of pulling weeds. Please call us for a few creative ideas to reduce or eliminate weeds.
Seasonal Flowers
Flowers are one of the fastest ways to spruce up the appearance of your home. We supply flowers by the flat (18 to 20 four-inch pots). We charge $25.00 per flat. Please don't forget to use our coupons to save money on your flowers. We deliver, prepare the soil, professionally plant and fertilize Petunia, Salvia, Lantana, Mexican Heather, Begonia, Tulips, Impatiens, Periwinkle, Pansy, Snapdragon, Flowering Cabbage, Kale, Zinnia, Marigold, Coleus, Verbena, Rose Moss and Caladiums. If you do not see the flowers you want we can still purchase them. Please call to discuss your needs.
Mulch Flower Beds
Installing mulch in all flower beds often reduces the frequency of flower bed maintenance. Furthermore, mulch helps retain the moisture needed to maintain healthy shrubs. Note: applying to much mulch around certain flower types may lead to root rot and fungus. Please call for a quote. We will be happy to assist you in determining how much mulch is needed to cover your flower beds. We have excellent bulk pricing on mulch and compost for large installations.
Landscape Design and Installation

Due to the rapid growth of our maintenance business we accept a limited number of landscape installs and renovations per year.
Leaf Removal
This service involves picking up and removing all leaves in the yard and flower beds. We generally recommend this service be scheduled at the same time the lawn is mowed. By mowing and bagging the leaves we can typically reduce the time involved in manually removing the leaves from your lawn.
Overseed - Winter Rye
Overseeding Winter Rye requires that we scalp the entire lawn. We only install Winter Rye from September 15 through October. Prices start at $80. There are several seed options. We only use premium Rye seed. We typically recommend Lesco's Eagle Blend Rye seed for a dark slow growing lawn.
Spring / Fall Cleanup
We are available to provide miscellaneous cleanup and disposal services. CitiTurf maintains a year round staff to meet any out of season needs you may have.
